Shingesun Customer Service does not have a say in Dealer/Distributor application approval and does not have the ability to provide a status update for the application process. The Shingesun Team will contact inquiries directly if they choose to move forward with the Dealer/Distributor application process.

ShingeSun warrants that i) The product has no defects in materials or workmanship under the customer quality inspection acceptance standard. If there is a defective product caused by ShingeSun’s responsibility, ShingeSun shall provide spare parts in the proportion of 1:1 of defective parts to avoid any market claims. ii) The warranty period depends on different part types, 12 months warranty for electrical parts due to quality issues: motor, controller, speed sensor, display, charger and battery; 6 months warranty for mechanical parts due to quality issues: handlebar,stem, rim, frame, seat post, etc; No warranty for quick-wear parts: tire, brake pads, disc, bearings, pedal, etc.
